All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted. If you have a concern with your order, please email prismatash@gmail.com. Cancellations after your order has shipped are not accepted.

All orders are sent through the USPS.
United States: 5-7 Days 
Canada: 7-9 Days (no tracked shipping available)
Orders under $30 will be shipped in a un-tracked envelope in efforts to reduce shipping costs. I do my best to ship orders as soon as possible. Once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier, I'm not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
